Stagflation Blues

It seems that inflation has gotten worse over the last year.  The current rate of inflation over the last year has been about 3.8 percent.  (The general rule of thumb for healthy inflation is roughly 2%) Thus far the Fed has not changed course on its policy.

This means that for every dollar you have today, you will only have about 96 cents left a year from today.

Are we looking at Stagflation? Lets hope not, but keep a close eye in inflation.
